Our Story

We are a not for profit Charitable Trust and proud to be a community owned, aged residential care facility and retirement village.  Our facility provides rest home, dementia and continuing care in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Our goal is to provide the best "Home Away from Home" and provide a wide range of medical provision, with trained caregivers and full professional services to cater for all your needs in a safe friendly and caring environment.

Our award winning gardens provide a relaxing space and our home cooked meals are served with a smile.

We invite you to come and see for yourself, all that Kimihia Home and Hospital has to offer.

We are an organisation that is committed to the welfare of older members of the community who need on-going resident care and support.  We offer personalised and individualised care in a purpose built facility.

We offer a range of activities, entertainment and outings or you can simply relax and unwind in any one of our lounge spaces, communal gathering areas or in the privacy of your own room.  Family and friends are always welcome to visit and share in the planning and implementation of the best care for their loved ones.
